Return & Contribution Policy

Each item in our store is made to order and considered a custom print. Due to the nature of our operations and the fact that purchases may be classified as contributions to a political cause, we maintain the following firm policies:

🚫 NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• We do not offer size exchanges, so please double-check your sizing before ordering.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our automated production process.

📬 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jacomogop.shop.
Include a photo of the issue and your order number so we can make it right.

💳 CONTRIBUTION NOTICE
Your purchase may be considered a contribution to a political committee or cause.

As such, no refunds are permitted under applicable campaign finance laws.

By purchasing, you affirm that you are making this contribution voluntarily and not in exchange for any goods or services of intrinsic value.

Under Missouri law, we are required to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $25 in a calendar year.

Production and delivery times may vary. Please allow additional time during peak campaign or holiday periods.
