JACOMOGOP.shop, owned by JACOMOGOP SHOP LLC, is a privately operated platform supporting JACOMO GOP Initiatives
Ownership Notice: JACOMOGOP SHOP LLC is privately owned and operated. While the platform operates under the “JACOMO GOP” label to indicate its support for Jackson County Republican initiatives, it is not owned, operated, or maintained by the Jackson County Republican Committee or the administrators of the domain JACOMO.GOP. JACOMOGOP SHOP LLC holds all rights to original artwork, branding, and platform operations under this store. Some merchandise designs are original creations of the LLC and are branded with “JACOMO.GOP” to indicate platform authenticity, not official committee authorship. POD suppliers retain ownership of base products.
Legal Entity Reference Disclaimer: Any references to “JACOMO GOP” within this document pertain to the privately operated JACOMOGOP.shop platform, unless specifically stated otherwise as the Jackson County Republican Committee.
Who May Use the JACOMOGOP.shop Platform
You must be at least 13 years old to use the JACOMOGOP.shop platform. Use is void where prohibited. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all terms and conditions. If you use the platform, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.
License to Use JACOMOGOP.shop
JACOMOGOP.shop grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or sublicensed to anyone else.
Except as expressly permitted by JACOMOGOP.shop in writing, you will not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the services or content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Registration
To use the platform, you may register for an account using options like Facebook login, which authorizes us to access certain account information. Please take precautions to protect your credentials and contact us at apphelp@jacomogop.shop if you believe your account has been compromised.
Privacy
Your privacy rights are set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Design Contest Submissions
Submission Clause By submitting your design, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms of Service. You agree that your submission constitutes a transfer of all rights, title, and interest in the design to JACOMOGOP.shop, owned and operated by JACOMOGOP SHOP LLC. JACOMOGOP.shop may use, publish, sell, or modify your submission at its sole discretion, with or without attribution or compensation.
Code of Conduct; Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Harass or stalk others; Exploit minors; Act deceptively or impersonate someone else; Collect information about others; Imply endorsement without written consent; Distribute spam or use automated tools to mine data; Infringe proprietary rights; Interfere with the platform; Transmit viruses or malware.
We reserve the right to monitor conduct and content.
Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon your first use of the platform and continues until terminated. We may suspend or delete your account if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, all granted licenses end, and submitted content may no longer be accessible.
Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
YOU USE THIS PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK. JACOMOGOP.shop IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DAMAGES ARE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
